Transport is listed an essential service, so we will continue to operate,

we have taken steps to ensure the management structure has contingency plans in place ,

and are working to ensure the same throughout the entire business.

If you are still sending consignments, please ensure your receiver is open to receive the goods,

alternatively we can place them in storage for you, at any of our facilities.

As the Novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to impact the health and well-being of individuals, communities, and businesses around the world, we wanted to outline and inform you of the precautions that we are undertaking.

Our paramount consideration is to the health and safety of our customer, staff and drivers, and to ensure business continuity, service, and support to our community and clients. 

Here is an overview of our response to the COVID-19 pandemic:

We have suspended all non-essential staff travel until further notice.

​

We have briefed our staff and drivers in relation to:

​​

  • Avoiding working while unwell.

  • Reporting illness promptly and self-isolating or obtaining medical care where necessary.

  • Washing hands frequently, maintaining social distancing and practicing good respiratory hygiene.

  • Drivers in particular have been instructed to avoid sharing pens and touching their face.

 

Effective immediately, all staff with offsite working capabilities, will work offsite.

 

Thankfully, all of our systems are web based, which means staff have the capability of working remotely, without interruption.

 

Customers can be assured that it is business as usual, and we will continue to take calls and respond to emails in our usual way, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

 

We will maintain a skeleton crew at each of our depots to ensure our warehouse operations are not disrupted.

 

We will continue to provide updates to our customers if anything changes. We will be constantly assessing the quickly changing environment, and remain able to react quickly to changing advice from government.
